Required Information:
- Customer Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Year, make, model of vehicle
- Vin number
- Brief description of damage and any additional concerns not shown in photos. Example: Vehicle pulls to left while driving; Radiator is leaking since accident; Etc.
- Photos required (Sample Photos can be viewed below):
- One showing the complete vehicle from the Damaged Point of Impact.
- One closer to the Damage Point of Impact.
- One of the Rear of the vehicle.
- Additional photos will also help our estimators write an accurate estimate.
